C. Hinton Karlsun

The tax office is where C. Hinton Karlsun collects taxes due. He has a group of general ruffians that do his bidding and keep the peace in the region. Karlsun has medium brown skin and is average height, rather thin, and with just a wisp of hair left on his brown bald head. His rich deep voice has ended more than one fight just with the impact of his voice.
